Aspekt Office is a Copenhagen-based multidisciplinary design studio specializing in furniture, product, interior design and art direction. Founded in 2018 by Hans Toft Hornemann, holder of a Master of Engineering in Industrial Design, and Terkel Skou Steffensen, a graduate in Product Design from the Swiss institution ECAL, Aspekt Office draws on a wealth of experience acquired internationally. The diverse backgrounds of its founders have enabled the company to develop a unique, integrated approach, combining technical expertise and creativity.
Inspired by conceptual thinking and original ideas, Aspekt Office adopts a utilitarian and intuitive approach to design. The studio favors experimentation and functionality, exploring different materials, colors and shapes to create utilitarian objects and spaces where people feel at ease. Open and constant dialogue with customers is essential to the studio, which seeks to create design solutions that are in tune with users' needs and sustainable over time. Aspekt Office's aim is to achieve aesthetic simplicity and high functionality, highlighted by expressive details and uncluttered designs.
Today, they are extending their expertise to lighting with the Ono Flush Mount collection in collaboration with the Danish company Hay.
