This project concerns the design and decoration of an extension to a country house, with the aim of creating a space that is both colorful and timeless, while preserving the magnificent natural light. The extension was designed to provide additional space while blending harmoniously with the existing architecture of the house.
The chosen decor combines bright colors and neutral tones, creating a visual balance and a dynamic yet timeless atmosphere. The choice of colors adds pep while remaining elegant, so that the space retains its freshness over time.
The living room is enhanced by the Vertigo suspension lamp from Petite Friture, which becomes a strong, central element of the dining room. This contemporary fixture adds character while subtly delimiting the space, without obstructing the flow of light.
The entire project favors natural materials and clean lines, offering a modern yet warm ambience. The aim was to create a space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, while remaining bright and welcoming at all times of the day.
