Alice Lahana is a French designer based in Paris. During her studies at the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts, she moved to São Paulo, Brazil, to learn the art of woodworking. On her return to France, fascinated by this craft, she undertook a two-year training course that led her to set up her own workshop.

Driven by an insatiable curiosity, Alice doesn't limit herself to a single material. She explores plaster, wood, Plexiglas and textiles. For her, every object is a sculpture, shaped by pushing the limits of the material and refining every detail. Her multi-disciplinary approach is based on a desire to combine artisanal techniques with cutting-edge technologies, combining composite materials and raw materials. Entirely self-published and made in her Paris workshop, her creations are produced in very small runs and only to order.

Alongside her work as a designer, Alice Lahana founded L'Observatoire, an online magazine and platform highlighting emerging design talent.
